Biscuit & Gravy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs breakfast sausage
  • 1 package 8 count biscuits
  • 1 packet pepper or sausage gravy mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet and set aside
  3. Cut the biscuits into quarters and lay them in a greased or buttered 9x13 baking dish
  4. Whisk together the eggs and milk with a little salt and pepper
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits
  6. Top with the cheddar cheese, browned sausage, then the gravy mix
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the center is cooked through
