Football Brookies

A brownie + a cookie but let's make it on theme with football season starting! It is so easy to level up your box brownie mix, too. Doing just that here with this fun, game day sweet treat.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso
  • 10 chocolate chip cookies (like Chip's Ahoy)
  • 1 package Pillsbury Football Cookies

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine brownie mix, eggs, milk, butter, instant coffee and mix well
  3. Add crushed chocolate chip cookies to buttered 9x13 dish
  4. Top with brownie mix and spread it evenly
  5. Distribute football cookies as desired (think about how you'll cut the brownies)
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, check the middle by inserting a toothpick or fork and when it comes out clean, they're done!
  7. Allow to cool, cut, and then serve!
