Taco Pasta
A cheesy, layered taco pasta bake with salsa and seasoned beef. Freezer friendly and family approved.
Ingredients
Method
- Brown the ground beef and boil the pasta.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef.
- Layer the pasta, beef, cheese, and salsa in a baking dish. Mix it around a bit, but save some cheese to topit off.
- Add 1/2 cup beef broth to help get the remaining salsa out of the jar and moisten the bake.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes at 375°F if serving immediately, otherwise follow the freezer tip!
- Serve with sour cream and more shredded cheese if desired!
Freezer Meal Tip: I cover all my freezer meals with plastic wrap first, then foil on top. Remove the plastic wrapbefore baking, but keep the foil on. I set mine out in the morning to thaw, then bake covered for 30-45 minutes at 375°F — since everything is already cooked, you’re just warming it through.
